Reports and Queries

Exporting data to be used outside of Ciiva is now made easy with the reports and queries feature. ODBC data sources are created which can be used by tools such as Microsoft Excel for advanced analytics.

As well as component data from the component library, you can also include BOM information into the data source. Multiple 'ODBC Profiles' allow several ODBC configurations to be defined, and ODBC sources created/update as needed.

Microsoft Excel queries can be automatically created from the data source using a single click of the toolbar button. Pricing data can be decoded into separate columns to help facilitate costing analysis.
