Notes and Alarms

Components, products and product versions can have a note and alarm created and associated with their attributes, allowing you to store additional information and set alerts.

Use cases include setting an expiration date for a price, marking something for review at some point in the future, or flagging something up that needs to be double checked for accuracy.

Notes and alarms can be easily added, modified and deleted from the property dialogs of the associated objects, and can also be accessed using the notes and alarms manager.

A component with a note assigned to it can be jumped to in the component library directly from the notes and alarms manager making navigation simple. Products and product versions can also be updated directly from the notes and alarms manager.
